As the Owner of FFDC Consulting, Joel specialized in strategic planning, procurement, and business development, assisting clients with vision clarification and operational improvements. Joel's tenure at Hybrid Apparel involved establishing the company's first Retail Financial Planning division, while also transitioning a 100-acre parcel into sustainable farmland as the Founder of Fairview Farm Door County LLC. Joel's extensive retail experience includes senior roles at Kohl's, Macy's, Target/Marshall Field's, and Marshall Field's, consistently driving revenue growth and strategic initiatives. Joel graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington & Jefferson College.
