Lanty O'Connor is a seasoned professional in healthcare operations and clinical management, currently serving as Program Director for Information Services R&D at Northwestern Medicine since October 2024. Previously, Lanty was involved with Miga as the inaugural Clinical Operations leader, scaling the clinical team significantly, and at OpenLoop, serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations, where Lanty oversaw a drastic increase in annual recurring revenue. Lanty's extensive background includes key leadership roles in Truepill, Matrix Medical Network, Envision Physician Services, Huron Consulting Group, NHS Scotland, and Northwestern University, leading strategies that generated substantial revenue growth and improved patient outcomes.
