Kipp Johnson, MD PhD, currently serves as a Medical Doctor in the Physician Scientist Training Program at Northwestern Medicine, focusing on Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease since June 2022. Johnson has also been a Scientific Advisor at OOVA, Inc. since February 2017 and held the position of Head of Translational Cardiology and Staff Scientist at Tempus Labs, Inc. from July 2019 to June 2022, concentrating on cardiovascular efforts. Johnson completed an MD/PhD program at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from July 2014 to May 2022, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Genomics and Data Science and continuing to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree. Additionally, Johnson contributed as a Student Member of the Board of Directors for the National Resident Matching Program® from September 2014 to June 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Honors) and Statistics from the University of Chicago.
