Rosemarie (Gray) Nolazco MSN, RN, TNS, NE-BC has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within emergency and critical care services. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Care Services for the Emergency Department and Critical Care at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital since August 1991, Rosemarie has held various leadership roles including Clinical Director and Quality Outcomes Manager for the Emergency Department. With a strong focus on quality improvement, data analysis, and evidence-based practices, Rosemarie also serves as an Epic Subject Matter Expert for the ASAP application. Additionally, Rosemarie briefly held the position of Manager at Sherman Hospital's Emergency Department in late 2020. Academically, Rosemarie earned a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership & Management from Western Governors University and obtained a BSN from Aurora University.
