Bill Hawkins is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in enterprise systems and network analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Enterprise Systems Analyst at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation since 2004, Bill is responsible for maintaining a Citrix XenApp 4.5 x64 farm with over 90 published applications for 1200 users. Prior roles include a Senior Systems Engineer at IKON Office Solutions from 1998 to 2004, where Bill gained significant expertise in configuring Server Farms and Web Publication of Applications using Citrix Nfuse and IIS, as well as experience with Citrix RMS integrated with SQL and MS Access databases. Earlier, Bill worked as a Senior Network Analyst at IKON Technology Services from 1996 to 2003. Bill holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from Elmhurst University, earned between 1987 and 1990.
