Susan Kehaya has over two decades of experience in the healthcare and customer relations sectors. Currently serving as a Physician Account Service Representative at Northwestern Medical Center since March 2017, Susan previously held multiple roles at VSAC since 2002, including Scheduling Analyst, Customer Relations Senior Loan Counselor, and Loan Origination Services Coordinator. As a Scheduling Analyst, Susan led the Customer Relations Department, overseeing a team of 30 employees and managing the workflow for over 200 calls per person daily, demonstrating strong leadership and forecasting abilities. Susan is an alumnus of Champlain College.
