Paul Babb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community relations, local government administration, and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Relations at NorthWestern Energy since March 2013, Paul engages with residents and organizations in southwestern Montana on matters related to economic development and community outreach. Previous roles include Chief Executive for the City and County of Butte-Silver Bow, where oversight of municipal operations and public policy was key, and Account Executive positions at InTouch Solutions and Touch America, focusing on account management and marketing. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Society and Technology with an emphasis in Technical Communications from Montana Technological University.
