Kiana Jensen currently serves as a Call Center Supervisor at Northwest Medical Specialties since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kiana held the position of Call Center Manager at Hunt's Services from June 2022 to March 2023. Kiana also has extensive experience in healthcare management, having worked as the Patient Service Center Manager at Sound Family Medicine from February 2015 to May 2022. Earlier in Kiana's career, the role of Member Services Lead was held at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties from August 2009 to February 2015. Kiana Jensen earned a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University between 2010 and 2019.
