Nathan Saxton, CHFM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathan began their career in 2008 as the Owner of Borealis Arts, LLC, a museum-quality picture framing studio. Nathan provided exhibit design, framing, art lighting, and installation services for clients including museums, galleries, and individuals. In 2011, they founded VelociPrints, an organization that exhibits art related to cycling and soccer. Nathan coordinated art shows, managed artists, and handled all aspects of exhibit planning. Saxton then transitioned to the field of facilities operations, joining the University of Arizona Museum of Art as a Senior Exhibition Specialist and later becoming the Building Manager. In 2018, they worked as a Lighting Designer at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Systems Specialist at Climatec, LLC, focusing on controls systems and protocols for healthy and energy-efficient facilities. Saxton then joined Banner Health as a Facilities Operations Manager and later as a Senior Manager Facilities Operations. Currently, they are the Director of Facilities Operations at Northwest Healthcare Tucson.

Nathan Saxton, CHFM has a strong educational background in the field of healthcare administration and management. Nathan completed their Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Health, and Society from the University of Arizona. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University.
