Thomas Rohs currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Northwest Health, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Thomas held roles at Ascension Borgess Hospital as a General and Critical Care Surgeon from May 2023 to May 2024, and was Regional President and CEO from November 2019 to May 2023, also assuming the role of Chief Medical Officer during that time. Thomas's earlier experience at Ascension from 2010 to 2019 included serving as Medical Director of Hospital-Based Clinical Services and Trauma Medical Director. Thomas completed a General Surgery Residency Program at the University of Michigan from 1993 to 1997 and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1991.
