Rebecca Caro is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as an MSN, RN since January 2019, Rebecca has a comprehensive history that includes positions such as OR RN and Medication Manager at Bellingham Surgery Center LLC, where responsibilities included OR circulation, pre-op, PACU, and materials management. As ASC Manager at Bellingham Urology Specialist, Rebecca oversaw all nursing aspects of the clinic and surgery center. Previous experience also includes roles as ER/ICU RN with Cross Country Healthcare and critical care and emergency room nursing at Harborview Medical Center. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Bellevue College.
