Kevin Rose is a seasoned professional in energy efficiency and engineering, currently serving as Lead Engineer for Codes & Standards at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at National Grid, including Senior Engineer and Senior Strategy & Policy Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing extensive state energy efficiency portfolios and driving innovative utility program models.
