John Pauls, EdD, MBA, MCE, is an accomplished instructional designer and educator currently serving at Jacksonville University since March 2021 as both an instructional designer and adjunct professor of computer science. Additionally, John Pauls has extensive experience with Duval County Public Schools since August 2014, where roles have included grant project designer, coordinator of technology innovation, special education teacher for autism, and special education school-based administrator focused on behavior supports. John Pauls also holds a position as a professional learning specialist for the Northwest Council for Computer Education, providing training in educational technology nationwide, and has consulted as a learning consultant for Canva for Education. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Instructional Design and Technology and a Master of Business Administration, with ongoing studies in Learning Experience Design at Michigan State University.
