Shane Minnich is an experienced banking professional with a diverse background in leadership and management. Currently serving as District Manager and Senior Vice President at Northwest Bank since September 2021, Shane oversees operations across 20 branches in the South Central Pennsylvania region. Prior roles include AVP and Professional & University Banking Leader at Truist, and various positions at Wells Fargo, culminating in Regional Banking District Manager, as well as Store Manager II. Shane also has experience as a Branch Manager at M&T Bank and previously owned Emblem Outfitters, Inc. and served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Ark Rentals, Inc. Shane's educational background includes coursework in Marketing at Penn State University and certifications in leadership and sales training from Wells Fargo.
