Laura Alvarez Schrag is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and board membership. Currently serving as the President and Owner of Pondera Consulting since September 2009, Laura also contributes to the Northwest Area Foundation as a board member and holds a position as a Senior Consultant with changeforce since May 2024. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Jennifer Brown Consulting from November 2020 to May 2024 and board membership at Columbia Bank from January 2021 to March 2023, where involvement included the Compensation Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Laura's earlier career at Hewlett-Packard spanned 17 years in Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Lamson College.
