Faizah Hasan, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacist currently working at Northwell Health as a Pharmacist since February 2023 and at Aspen RxHealth as a Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist since October 2022. Previously, Faizah served as a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from June 2017 to April 2022 and held various pharmacy intern positions at prominent institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and NYU Langone Health. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Long Island University, Faizah has developed expertise in prescription processing, patient counseling, medication therapy management, and quality assurance, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and safety throughout a diverse career.
