Prasad Korde is a skilled Material Engineer currently employed at Northvolt since January 2021, where responsibilities include the development of PFAS-free materials, innovative surface coatings, cell design, and various testing methods for battery materials. Previous experience includes a research internship at the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia, focusing on the characterization and development of cathode materials for sodium and lithium-ion batteries. Prasad Korde has also worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, where work involved the characterization of fire extinguishing materials, alongside earlier internships in process engineering and chemical technology.
