Ilter Akkaş is a seasoned maintenance engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Northvolt since October 2021, Ilter previously held the position of Lead Maintenance Engineer at TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. from April 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing scheduled maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns. Prior to this, Ilter worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Eczacıbaşı Yapı Ürünleri Grubu, executing maintenance schedules and addressing emergencies. Ilter also has experience as a Maintenance & Project Engineer at Aytaç Gıda and as an Electrical Engineer at Cahit Trading & Contracting in Muscat, Oman, where business development and electrical installation were key roles. Ilter Akkaş holds a degree from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
