Mike Polster serves as the Missions Pastor at Northview Church since 2017, where responsibilities include implementing outreach strategies, maintaining partnerships, and coaching individuals in strategic thinking and faith sharing. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director of Water Quality at SUEZ in North America from 2005 to 2017, focusing on vision and strategy for a business unit and leading teams in sales support and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at Richmar Electronics and ALTEX-MAR Electronics, Inc., where Mike managed product lines and developed relationships within the electronics manufacturing industry. Mike Polster earned a Master of Arts in Ministry from Taylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Manufacturing Technology from Ball State University.
