Michael Sinclair has over 30 years of experience in resource planning and technical leadership within the IT sector. Currently serving as Technical Lead and Resource Planner at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since January 2009, Michael previously held the position of Resource Manager at Modis International, supporting the IT Service Desk at British Airways from June 2007 to July 2008. Earlier in their career, from 1989 to 2006, Michael worked at Siemens IT Solutions and Services as a Resource Coordinator and Technical Specialist.
