Edward Twiddy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Board Chair of Northstar Ventures UK, Edward has held several key positions at Atom bank, including Director of Environment Society and Government, Chief Customer Officer, and Chief Operations and Innovation Officer since May 2014. Edward is also an active member of the Department for International Trade as a Northern Powerhouse Investment Champion and co-chairs the Progressive Regulatory Environment working group under HM Treasury and TechNation Fintech Delivery Panel. Additionally, Edward's contributions extend to roles as Vice President of the Wild Trout Trust, strategic board member for Opportunity North East, and advisory board member of the Durham Mathematics School. With a strong academic background, Edward holds a PhD in Palaeo-environmental reconstruction and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Durham University, along with a Master of Laws in Public International Law from the University of Nottingham.
