Cyndi brings over 17 years of experience in the Waste and Recycling industry. She oversaw operations for a company that transitioned more than 100 customer facilities to zero waste and collected and diverted 2.5 million tons of materials annually. In this role, she drove process improvements in Vendor Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service. Cyndi is excited to bring her team to Northstar where they can continue to grow the knowledge that they have already developed.
