Samantha Block is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Assistant at Northstar Bank since November 2014. In this role, Samantha engages with local media to enhance the visibility of promotions and events, manages and updates the bank's website, intranet, and social media platforms, collaborates with Retail Departments to promote products and services, and assists in organizing community event materials. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Representative for the NMU Discovery Initiative, where valuable interviewing skills were developed, and completing an internship at the NMU Foundation focusing on a poster campaign connecting students with alumni. Samantha holds a dual degree in Communication Studies and Art & Design, with a concentration in Public Relations/Image Management from Northern Michigan University.
