Garrett Little has a diverse work experience history beginning as an Auditor at Hartman Leito & Bolt LLP in 2012. Garrett then transitioned to Novartis as an Accountant in 2013 before joining NorthStar Anesthesia in 2015. At NorthStar Anesthesia, Garrett has held various roles such as Operations Analyst, Senior Operations Analyst, Regional Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and presently serves as the Sr. Director of Operations, M&A Support.

Garrett Little attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting. Garrett then pursued further education at The University of Dallas from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Accounting.
