Chris Holt has a diverse work experience, starting as an Operations Officer and Pilot in the US Navy from 2006 to 2015. Chris then transitioned to the role of Regional Operations Manager at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A. from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they worked as a Vice President of Operations at Goldman Sachs from 2017 to 2019, before returning to NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A. as Vice President of Operations in 2019.

Chris Holt holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University (2001-2005), followed by a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management (2012-2014). Chris later obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business (2016-2018). In addition, Chris also holds certifications as a Fixed-wing Commercial Instrument Rated Pilot and a Helicopter Commercial Instrument Rated Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2007.
