The Leadership Team at Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) is responsible for steering the organization towards fulfilling its mission to close the achievement gap and end generational poverty in North Minneapolis. Comprised of top executives including the President and Chief Executive Officer, Vice President Finance, Chief Development Officer, Vice President Of Family And Community Impact, and Chief Operating Officer, the team strategizes and oversees the implementation of initiatives that support low-income families and foster academic success for children. This includes aligning organizational goals with community needs, securing funding, maximizing resource allocation, and ensuring impactful partner collaborations.
