Yamkelani Moyo is a Senior Principal Industrial Engineer at Northrop Grumman since September 2022 and currently holds the role of Industrial Engineer III at SCI Technology, Inc. since July 2020. Previous experience includes a position as a Manufacturing Engineer at Continental Aerospace Technologiesā„¢ from August 2013 to July 2020, where key contributions involved value stream mapping, Kanban pull scheduling, changeover reduction using SMED methodology, assembly line balancing, and ergonomic evaluations. Prior to industry roles, Yamkelani Moyo served as the Manufacturing Systems Modeling Laboratory Manager and graduate student at Auburn University, where responsibilities included developing hands-on training in lean manufacturing and manufacturing systems. Yamkelani Moyo earned a Ph.D. and an MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University between 2010 and 2013. Credentials include CQE, CQA, and CSSGB certifications.
