Nina Mangilit is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman since June 2022. Previously, Nina worked as a National Recruiter at Aerotek from August 2021 to June 2022 and held various roles including Social Media Manager at Kumana Foods, Marketing Intern at Channel Islands YMCA, and Administrative Intern at Catherine Gee. Nina began the career journey as a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch from March 2017 to December 2018. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, attained in 2021, and graduated from Downtown Magnets High School in 2017.
