Lauren Prinski has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Project Manager and Mechanical Production Planner at Northrop Grumman since November 2018. In this role, Lauren is responsible for planning fabrication and assembly operations based on various engineering documents. Previously, as a Senior Electronic Technician, Lauren collaborated with engineering teams on the electrical components of flight vehicles under a Missile Target contract. Prior experience includes serving as an Avionics Technician at NASA, where leadership was demonstrated in maintaining avionics systems for multiple aircraft, as well as positions at Sikorsky Global Helicopters and Safran, focusing on wiring assemblies and team management in production environments. Education includes completion of studies at Stephen Decatur High School.
