Jeffrey Weiss is a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead at Northrop Grumman, specializing in the Propulsion Controls Program since August 2018. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions as a Sr. Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer on the SSBN Propulsion Program and as a Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer within the Launcher Strategic Business Unit. Before joining Northrop Grumman, Jeffrey worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Ellicott Dredges from June 2013 to August 2018, where responsibilities included design and project management in various mechanical engineering domains such as pump drivetrains and machinery rooms. Jeffrey's early career included serving as a Resident Assistant at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Educationally, Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, expected to complete in May 2026.
