Colby Bostwick is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Systems Test Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman since May 2023, following a tenure as F-22 Production Superintendent in the US Air Force Reserve since January 2020. Previously, Colby held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Saab, Inc. and Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included test engineering. Colby began their career with the United States Air Force as an Aviation Maintenance Technician and later worked with the Virginia Air National Guard as an F-22 Aerospace Maintenance Technician. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Unmanned Systems Applications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate's Degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
