Byron Merritt currently serves as an Aviation Maintenance Manager at Northrop Grumman, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Byron was employed at VSE Corporation and URS Corporation, both in the capacity of Aviation Maintenance/Production Manager from August 2016 to present. Additionally, Byron has an extensive background with the US Navy, where a career spanned from February 2008 as a Retired Aviation Maintenance/Production Manager. Byron's expertise includes assisting the Maintenance Material Control Officer in ensuring aircraft readiness and serving as a liaison between management and production divisions. Educational qualifications include attendance at the Navy War College and the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, along with specialized training in aviation maintenance.
