Stephen Shields is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at North Rock Capital Management, LLC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at Schroders as a PM/Analyst for long/short equities from August 2012 to July 2021. Experience also includes a summer internship at RBS Global Banking & Markets in 2011 and a gap-year internship in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. Stephen was recognized with a scholarship during university based on performance and served as a PwC Brand Ambassador while studying at The University of Edinburgh, where a MA Hons in Economics was obtained. Additional education includes an international exchange at The University of British Columbia. Early experience also includes working as a PADI Divemaster at Utila Dive Centre.
