Cole Boland is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Northmarq since August 2021, specializing in debt and equity. Prior to this role, Cole gained valuable experience as an intern at Greystar in the summer of 2019 and served as an assistant coach at 3d Lacrosse in 2017. Cole holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, earned between 2020 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, completed in 2020.
