Katherine participates in all aspects of Northleaf’s private markets investment activities, working closely with individual deal teams and external legal counsel on the review, structure, completion and management of investments. Katherine also directs and handles the legal and structural elements of Northleaf’s investor relations, business development and fund formation activities. Katherine is primarily responsible for managing Northleaf’s regulatory relationships, compliance matters and corporate structure.
