Erica Yoon has over a decade of experience in administrative support, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and CFO/COO at Northleaf Capital Partners since May 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Executive Assistant to a Partner at Emerald Technology Ventures from June 2015 to May 2022, and served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Sterling Hoffman from September 2014 to June 2015. Erica began their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where Erica worked as a Senior Guest Relations Administrative Coordinator from December 2010 to September 2014. Erica Yoon holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ryerson University.
