Garrett Jette is an experienced professional in the culinary and restaurant construction fields, currently serving as the Restaurant Construction & Project Manager at Northland Properties since February 2022. Prior to this role, Garrett held various positions at Chop Steakhouse & Bar from May 2010 to February 2022, including National Culinary Operations Leader, Regional Chef, Senior Chef, and Chef, among others. Garrett began the culinary career at The Bears Den as Chef de Partie from January 2009 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Calgary (2007 - 2011) and a Red and Blue Seal certification from Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (2013).
