Paloma A. is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, currently serving as the Manager of Global ESG Strategy and Reporting at Northland Power Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Paloma held the position of Manager, Sustainability at Lundin Mining Corporation from March 2022 to November 2023, and served as Manager, Global Sustainability at Manulife from February 2019 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes working as Coordinator, Sustainable Development Data and Reporting at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited from June 2014 to February 2019. Paloma earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental Management and Earth Science from the University of Toronto, as well as a Business Analysis Certificate from the same institution in 2018.
