Linda Kilby is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management, financial analysis, and contract administration. Currently serving as a Sr. Executive Coordinator and Project Analyst at NOVEC since 1995, Linda manages budget preparation, project proposals, and IT contracts while also preparing board minutes and resolutions.
