Terri Martens, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Community Health & Outreach Director at Northern Valley Indian Health, where responsibilities include guiding a team in patient-centered care, developing health programs, and securing grants. Prior experience at Wheeler Clinic spans various roles, including Nurse Consultant and RN Program Manager, where Martens focused on policy development, staff training, and leading initiatives to improve care for high-risk populations. Martens has a strong background in managing resources for grants and coordinating comprehensive medical care for medically complex youth in group homes. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Charter Oak State College and advanced studies at the University of Hartford.
