Varaender Raina is an accomplished IT professional with over 23 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as Vice President of IT Infrastructure at Northern Trust since December 2006. In this role, Varaender manages IT operations for a 24-hour organization across three sites in Bangalore. Prior to this, Varaender worked at Dell as a Senior Technical Specialist, providing support in software, IT, and incident management, while also overseeing recruitment and performance management. Varaender began the career at Evolus Pvt Ltd as a Technical Analyst, focusing on system and server issues and managing LAN and WAN administration. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mysore.
