Nils Spanoghe is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in managerial and engineering roles. Currently, Nils serves as Mining Manager and Underground Manager at Northern Star Resources Limited since February 2021. Prior to this, Nils held similar positions at Saracen Gold Mines Pty Ltd from November 2016 to February 2021, and at Western Areas Ltd from April 2014 to October 2016. Nils began their career as a Graduate Mining Engineer at Norilsk Nickel in late 2008. Nils holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mining Engineering from the Western Australia School of Mines - Curtin University.
