Gerard Major is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as the Group Manager of Capital Projects at Northern Star Resources Limited since April 2021. Prior to this role, Gerard held various managerial positions, including Manager of Project Engineering at Wood and Project Manager at CPC Project Design. With experience spanning over two decades, Gerard also worked as Project Engineering Manager at Barrick Gold Corporation and Nickel West. Early career roles include Senior Project Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler and Project Engineer at Ausenco, among others. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University, completed in 2001.
