Anthony Sparks has a strong background in sales and management. Anthony started their career at Würth Industry North America in 2015, where they held roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, and National Product Manager in the Industrial Division. In 2019, they transitioned to Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking, where they held various positions including National Sales Manager, Director of Strategic Sales, and Director of Sales Enablement. Anthony currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Category Management.

Anthony Sparks obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Ball State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have earned two certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from SixSigma.us in February 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from SixSigma.us in April 2023.
