Troy Terzick has extensive work experience in various roles within the environmental health and safety field. Troy started their career in 1998 as a Plant Superintendent at ADM, where they worked until 2002. Troy then served as a Regional Safety Manager for a year before transitioning to the role of Regional Operations Manager from 2003 to 2010. After that, Troy worked as the Director of Operations (Terminal Services) at ADM until 2015 when they were promoted to the position of Corporate Safety Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of Environmental Health & Safety Auditor until their departure in 2021. Troy is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Northern Partners Cooperative.

Troy Terzick attended LaSalle-Peru Township High School and completed a General Studies program in 1987.
