Joel Rhodes has extensive experience in the aviation industry, with a background in aircraft maintenance, quality control, and engineering support. Joel has held various leadership roles at Boeing, where Joel led teams providing maintenance and engineering support to airlines worldwide. Joel also has experience in contract administration and quality leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Joel has a Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Joel serves as the Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering at New Pacific Airlines, where Joel oversees the Quality organization and is responsible for adding Boeing 757s to the fleet.
