Patricia Schwartz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in case management, health coordination, and business operations. Currently serving as a Case Manager at the Northern Kentucky Health Department since December 2020, Patricia has also owned Through My Lens Photography since July 2017, specializing in candid event and promotional photography. Previous roles include Health Homes Re-Entry Care Manager and Health Homes Plus Care Manager at Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc., where responsibilities included supporting formerly incarcerated individuals. Patricia has held various positions such as Treasurer for the City of Binghamton, Office Manager at Access Unlimited/Craftsmen Mobility, and Vice President of Sales and Client Relations at HNL Recovery Inc. Additionally, Patricia was the President of The Hunt Agency Inc., overseeing staff development and client relations. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Adelphi University.
