Jonathan's early career included positions at Lenalea Electronics Ltd., where skills in electronic assembly were developed, and roles at Northern Ireland Electricity, where experiences ranged from fault and emergency engineering to planning and distribution engineering. Jonathan's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and various leadership and finance courses from institutions such as the University of Oxford and ILM.
