Felicia R. Bohanon, Ed.D., is an experienced educational leader with a robust background in college access and transition programs. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Northern Illinois University since November 1995, Felicia provides leadership, oversees program activities, engages in grant writing, manages budgets, and supervises staff. Felicia also operates Bohanon Education Evaluation and Grant Writing Services, offering consulting services to nonprofit organizations. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at Kishwaukee College, Director of Youth Development at Alternatives, Inc., and Research Assistant at Indiana University Northwest. Felicia holds a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University South Bend, a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Illinois University, and a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Ferris State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
