Ashley Shea is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in critical care and capital development. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Development at Northern Health since July 2016, Ashley has also held roles such as Project Manager and Nurse Unit Manager in the Intensive Care Unit. In addition, Ashley is a Board Member at Alexandra District Health and has been a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Austin Health since February 2008. Prior experience includes working as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Warringal Private Hospital. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from RMIT University.
